The Bodrum Torba Valley stands out due to its affluence, strategic location, and accessibility. In this context, a design reflecting the essence of the region and incorporating architectural sensitivity has been developed. The Bodrum Valley Resort project was conceived by harnessing the region’s inherent potential. Elements such as sunlight, wind patterns, views, green areas, and circulation played a crucial role in shaping the design brief provided by the developer.

The site is broadly organized into three main zones. From the northern edge to the southern coastline, the layout transitions from residential areas to the central hotel structure with swim-up rooms, followed by leisure spaces and beachfront residences.

The steep slope of the land was approached not as a limitation, but as an architectural asset, allowing all residential units both villas and hotel rooms to be oriented toward the landscape. Great attention was paid to ensuring that the positioning of the buildings did not obstruct the shared view across the valley. The natural green texture of the topography was carefully preserved, becoming a key compositional and conceptual component of the project.

Each unit is designed with a private green area and includes a water feature of varying scale. While the villas are equipped with their own pools, the hotel’s communal pools are seamlessly accessible from the expansive verandas of the swim-up rooms.
