Yalova Le Garden is located in Kadıköy, one of the developing districts of Yalova. Consisting of twı phases, the common motivation of the project is that the courtyard in the center is an open sharing point for two blocks while ensuring sustainability. The continuity of the active life of Termal Street is ensured with the commercial function in the first phase. The commercial function also acts as a barrier between the courtyard life, paving the way for creating an isolated courtyard.
The mobile texture of the facade and massing aims to make the courtyard spacious and to carry it to the outdoors with terraces, balconies and pavements. In the blocks, it is aimed to provide privacy with controlled facade spaces placed according to the size of the interior space. It is envisaged to increase privacy without creating a secondary wall.
The project with 72 independent sections has a construction area of 7228 m².
