Tuzla Premium Villas are located in Tuzla Orhanlı on a 20 000 m² land surrounded by forest in one of the rare green areas of Istanbul. When we look at the overall project area, there are 34 villas in total on 21 595,06 m² of land on Block 7120 Parcel 1. The sloping topography and climatic conditions such as sun direction and active winds were effective in the placement of the villas. The project aims to provide a comfortable climate indoors during the hot summer months, to protect from the harmful effects of sunlight and to make the best use of natural lighting. The balanced combination of semi-open and open spaces creates a harmonious living space in this area intertwined with nature. This design approach both increases comfort and strengthens interaction with the environment, thus providing both an aesthetic and functional environment.
The design of the villas, which blend sustainable design with aesthetic architecture, reflects the spirit of nature. Open transparent living spaces in the villas make the garden a part of the houses. This approach allows the villas to have a simple and elegant architectural character in harmony with their surroundings, as opposed to a dominant architectural discourse.
